FORT WAYNE TURNERS 2008 SUMMER

GYMNASTICS REGISTRATION

You may pre-register by turning in this form with your payment to instructor by April 17, 2008. If you are unable to pre-register, you can come in the 1^st night and see if there are any openings left. Please do not leave it at the bar, I have had that happen and they have gotten lost.

Summer is a busy time for all of us, so there will be a limited number of classes available. Usually in the summer our enrollment drops considerably because of other interests, so if you are unable to sign up this summer we will see you in the fall! All Team members need to sign up for the summer session to keep your spot on the Team. This is the time to work on new tricks and perfect old ones. Classes will be on Tuesday and Thursday for one hour. There will be no Pee Wee classes.Starting date: May 20^th thru Aug 7^th. The will be no gymnastics the week of July 4^th. (July 1^st and 3^rd)

Fees: Classes $90 (Tues. & Thurs.) Team & Mini Team $115 (Tues. & Thurs.)

High school $90 (Wed. & Thurs.) Tumbling $40 (Wed. only 1 hour)
